My Wife (CR1) received her visa and I am curious to know what the next step is after arriving in the United States for her to receive her 10 year Green Card?

If it's a CR1 visa and you will have been married less than two years when she enters the US, her 2 year green card should come in the mail within a month. 21 months later, follow the removal of conditions guide here.
