HELLO gIN JUST WANNA ASK IF IM GONNa marry by 30th of this month wat is the maximum days i need to have my AOS so with the kids coz i wanna have my AOS first b4 the kids bcoz of financial matters pls give me an idea thanks and godbless:D

As long as you get married before the I-94 in your passport expires then you can adjust status. There is no maximum time limit for when you can submit the AOS application. However, you will be out of status (i.e., unlawfully present in the US) when the I-94 expires. You'll still be eligible to adjust status, but you won't want to have any encounters with any US immigration officers as it would probably not be pleasant.

The kids status is dependent upon yours. They can't adjust status unless you do. This means you either have to submit their AOS application at the same time as yours, or submit their AOS application after you submit yours. If you submit their applications after yours then you need to include a copy of the I-797C acceptance notice you received for your application in order to prove that you have already filed.

If your kids are under 14 then you'll save a truckload of money if you submit their AOS application at the same time as yours. The kids are only $600 each if submitted at the same time as yours. They are $930 each if you send their application after yours. Also, the AOS fees go up by $60 next month.
