hi guys, we were able to call uscis today and as of Friday lunchtime our expedite request had been approved. then today another phone call to uscis - a tier 2 who confirmed that indeed as of Friday, our petition was also approved.

its pretty overwhelming considering the personal circumstances. we spoke with an officer castro at tier two who has been the most helpful there yet.

personally again as this is my second time around with vj i couldnt have done it without the help of this site. and also immigrate2us.net.

from here id really like to personally thank I and G, Loto and Darnell for their expertise and also CRN for being a great buddy through this tough process. his situation is very similar to mine so i wish you a speedy approval too my friend. and in fact everyone thats helped and been of incredible support.
