So all being said, now that I have filed both the I-130 and the I-129f, what if anything should I do next? Anything? Nothing? Will my wife still get a call for an interview at the American Consulates office? If not, how can I get her here to the U.S. ?

Follow the IR1/CR1 guide. You've got a lot more work and paperwork to do once the I-130 petition is approved.

Define 'that', if you can/will. I'm terribly sorry, you've mucked up the terms and acronyms - many of those are never combined in the manner that you've combined (them). EEK ! Double EEK !

By "that" I mean:

"Friends of mine just got married - she is USC and hubby is non USC. Just got married in States. He left back to Europe. Now she has to file I-129F and I-130 for him? Once he gets THAT APPROVED, he can come back to the States...."

Whatever terms and acronyms you may feel I "mucked up" - you can see that this was a post early on in the thread and I was familiarizing myself with the process still. Sorry it offends you if I used "EAD" in a Visa Spouse K3/CR-1/IR1 thread... sheesh! :blink:

Change "Chage" to "CHANGE", "by" to "after" and "apply" to "file" and your statement is correct. As posted, it's simply incorrect. :lol::innocent:

do i have to change my last name to my married last name in order to file for my husband

Changing one's name is not a requirement for filing. This is the 21st century, lots of women keep their names and opt not to change their names
