So upset right now St lukes give my fiance hard time with the x ray now they requesting sputum test that takes 8-10 weeks and also they cant schedule her for sputum test till Dec 6 which is even more time to wait : (

No she have scar tissue from years ago and the xray matched past xray that were negative that St Lukes took before for TB so this is pointless for them to give her hard time now and ruin xmas new years and also my sons 1st bday not going to have interview till feb now waiting for the sputum test to finish : (

I am done with the sputum test last September 20-22 and I am done waiting with the culture test.. My interview was move because of it.. My original interview date should be Septmber 17 now it will be on December 6.... Just keep on praying....

I'm sorry.. You're almost there though, so hang in there. I know it's not much consolation, but she's applying for K-1 visa so it'll be easier for her to re-sched another appointment after she's done with the sputum culture. She doesn't have to wait that long compared to IR-1/CR-1. And like what my husband told me when we didn't get a December interview (we've already made plans for his birthday and mine's, Christmas, etc), he says to me that this is just one more holiday that we're not together, but we'll have the rest of our holidays in our lifetime to spend as a family.

BTW, like most of us here, I had our 1st baby without him (we tried getting him a travel visa though), and so far, he only saw her just once (well, for a month), she was 6mos old when we went to visit him. She's 1 1/2 now and she hasn't seen him ever since.
