Hi all, first post (I think...). My fiancée is a regular here, gap1, or something like that ;)

Anyway, I am preparing for the imminent arrival of NOA1 (it IS coming, I am sure of it. Soon! Honest! I hope...), just sorting out my police check and vaccinations.

Does anybody know what vaccinations are required? I spent a year in the US on a student visa 2006-2007 and I figure any vaccinations I had for that will still be valid, but I want to make sure. I called my GP today about getting a record of my shots and they were less than helpful, I have to book in an appointment with the nurse, just because they haven't put my records on their electronic database yet... sigh. I mean, I love the NHS and all, but it's terribly creaky sometimes.

So, uh, yeah. Shots, what do I need?

Ta!

Depends on your age as well. Also, if you have gotten shots in the past, you need a record of them. If you cant remember/no record, you will have to get a blood test so that they can determine what you need.
