1) A copy of the entire I-129f package.

2) Originals of the documentary proof that we submitted for the I-129F

3) Original letter affirming her desire to marry me and her continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form.

4) I-864 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence (what is all these Documents???)

5) Three of the most recent pay stubs.

6) Signed letter from her employer listing you job title, start date, the salary, and the status (full-time) of your position.

7) Banking information and other assets as required by the I-. Specifically you will need at least 2 of the 4 options mentioned in Section II-Supporting Evidence of the I-864.

8) A copy of the NOA2."we wish so bad its coming soon for us and all July Filers+the rest hhhhh sure:dance:"

Be sure that if you have a co sponsor for the I-864 that you include proof of their citizenship along with the supporting documents. A certified copy of a birth certificate is all you need. Also if you have a co sponsor and he/she is married and filing jointly, Casablanca will require a I-864A from the co sponsor's spouse and proof of citizenship from them also. Most important is to really spend time preparing for the interview, remembering that they will throw you trick questions. Best plan of action is to stay relaxed and conversational with the interviewer, and you will be fine ^_^ Good luck!

They will usually keep them and that is why the VJ Guides tell you to make two copies of the entire I-129F submittal, one to send to your fiance(e) and the other to keep for your records.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
