Visit http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=Brazil for reviews of the embassy. I did a quick look and did not see a time frame, only the cost of the courier service. Also the Brazil portal is a great place to get answers directly from Brazilians. Good luck.

The visa she will receive the same hour, but the passport will stay with them so they stamp all documentation in pssam seen her .. then they send the passport to the residence which takes 3-5 days.
