Embassy Review : I want to post for y'all as my interview at the consulate in Rio de Janeiro.
I arrived at the consulate 5:30 my interview was scheduled for 07:15've had a lady in front of me, then it was getting more people to the immigration visa to the visa k3 visa k1 we were three and had only one seen with other CR1, a very nice little girl started to deliver a password in the queue, she looks at the pictures and correspondence from the date of interview, all came at 7:00, it's a list to put all the documents in order will then calling each in turn. That time beats the goose bumps nervousness begins to take care of you made me want to pee pee, went running and came back again in 5 minutes my password was called for pre interview, I gave all my documents, the boy looked for a one handed me my certificate of civil police told me that those who live in Brazil does not need certificate of the civil police was so concerned about these certificates & when not needed, asked me if I only lived in Brazil and Chile and I said yes and said all right, after everyone goes through the pre interview and that she gave the password says that the consul is looking all documentation before calling and that the passwords will not be in order as he goes looking at every event he goes calling. I was very nervous and increasingly the goose bumps the first k1 visa was called in and all smiles five minutes left, then called another who does not know who was taking visa, k1 visa after another, that it spent much time in and saiotriste with passport in hand and a paper not know what happened after
10 minutes of my password has been called, when I went to give a woman frrente wow woman consulted a super nice, polite when I went she was asking me to sign the form 156 k then asked when and how you met your fiance? know when you got engaged? Have you planned a wedding date? ever been to the United States? told me after his visa was approved.
We leave with a smile ear to ear, my interview took less than five minutes, and then I pay for the delivery of that cost would run 60 real, every city is a value to live in brasilia paid 60 reais.
I stayed at a hotel near the consulate super, super taxi is cheap. Quro tell everyone that the consulate is all very quiet this thing is not what everyone thinks, it takes all the documents, do not worry about some mistakes in the forms they even fix it with a pen, I took no signed form I signed it at all different places, know it's hard to say it but rest assured calm and answer the questions and only ask that anything to prolong their answers, no despair.
Good luck to all!
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
