I believe I'm in the correct forum. I will try to make this quick. My wife came here on a J1 visa with no restrictions. We got married at the local courthouse. Following the guide listed on VisaJourney, Am I following the correct one, If US citizen and spouse both live in the US I would follow the I-130 Petition and Adjustment of Status Guide and do the packets listed? Thanks for all your help.

** moved from "STudent & Exchange Visitors" to "AOS (Other)" as this is relating to Adjustment of Status from a J1 visa and not a student visa application **
