Josephine arrived US Mar 8th 2006

Married June 1st 06

Sent AOS package to MO July 3rd 06

Recieved RFE July 28th. The RFE was confusing, it was for information I had sent them!

Sent RFE Aug 1st

Biometrics appointment Aug 3rd

Recieved appointment letter Aug 19th

Appointment is schedualed for Sept 26th at the Buffalo NY office.

Congratulations!! I bet a lot of people wish they were in your shoes! Hope the rest of your journey goes smooth as well

As far as the RFE is concerned- i got it for something i had sent in the first time as well :P just annoying ain't it!!!!

Congrats on the timeline...that's great! We haven't received an RFE (yet) but I've noticed a lot of people getting them for information they had already sent in, and yes I can see how that would be annoying :) Best of luck with your interview. :)

Wow that is awesome! I hope we go as fast as you! I'm nervous about an RFE now, there seems to be a LOT of them lately.
