yes my case was completed on 9/13/2010 and on 10/5/2010 I got noticfication that the interview will be on 11/1/2010

2010-07-21 - Received the DS-3032 / I-864 Bill by EMAIL AT 2:05pm cst

2010-07-21 - Sent the 2 DS-3032s by EMAIL @ 1125pm cst

2010-07-22 - Paid the 2 I-864 Bills of $88.00 and was processed 7/23/2010

2010-07-30 - Received EMAIL confirmation of the 2 accepted DS-3032s, COA

2010-07-30 - Received 2 EMAILS with IV bill of $404.00 each

2010-08-02 - Mailed off AOS packets with USPS 1 day Express and delivered 8/3/2010

2010-08-04 - Paid 2 IV bills online of $404.00

Seems like 8 days..

are you waiting to receive a 'blank ds-230 form' at all ?

usually, if the ds-230 / IV fee bill is 'paid' at NVC,

the DS-230 can be sent in a few days later, after the

online payment portal shows the payment as received.

If yer not using the online payment portal,

and if yer 'going postal' , waiting on NVC to send you something via POSTAL MAIL -

you might want to just get a DS-230 form yerself, download it off the GoogleWebz at

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

and then contact yer Petitioner, ask him/her to find out any 'IV FEE BILL' payment status.

let us know, if yer petitioner is using 'postal notification' from nvc or

is using the online payment portal? I ask this, because really, the 'method to resolve'

is different, based on payment method.

Last week I paid the $88.00 fee online and mailed the DS-3230 form. I have not submit the I-864 yet, I will submitted it tomorrow. The next step will be to paid the IV fee and mail the ds-230.

I was not sure if the DS-3230 and i-864 needs to be processed before I get billed for the IV fee.

Thanks for the link. I called NVC to give my email and they said they cannot take any information from me since I'm not the petitioner. I'm the third-party agent and they have not processed the ds-3230 yet.

DO they have to process the I-864 before they bill me for the IV fee?

have her try, anyway - many nvc tele-operators are multilingual -

you can ask for 'spanish speaker' as well.
