Actor Vincent Margera Held On Colorado Sex Charges

LAKEWOOD, Colo. -- Actor Vincent Margera, known by his nickname Don Vito in movie roles, and uncle of skateboarder Bam Margera, was held without bond Saturday on a charge of sexual assault on a child.

Margera, 50, was arrested Friday night after a skateboarding event in this Denver suburb after being accused of two incidents of sexual assault on a child, said Lakewood city spokeswoman Stacie Oulton. She said the charges involved inappropriate touching.

The event was at the Colorado Mills Mall.

The arrest was first reported by ManiaTV.com. Vincent Margera came to Colorado to film promotional material for the company. ManiaTV.com founder Drew Massey said Margera had finished his work before the arrest.

Bam Margera did not come on the trip.

Actually it is Bam's dad that they pick on...Phil Margera.

They pick on vito far more than phil if my memory is correct, at least during Viva La Bam (It's been awhile since I've seen the jackass stunts and the CKY stunts).

Things I remember theyve done to him off the top of my head:

They've ripped off a wall from vito's home (the one to his bedroom) and installed a garage door in its place.

They stole (or purposefully lost) his luggage on a european trip and forced him to wear things 'like the locals do', like dressing up in, for example, a german beer garden girl costume or something similar in germany, the swiss miss girl in sweden, etc.

They stuck him in a stripper-cake and told him to pop out for April and Phil's anniversary, but actually drove him and left him in a parking lot for hours waiting, so Phil and April could enjoy their anniversary away from him.

They've done a fair few things to Phil as well, like the bathroom beating and the stunt with the hole in the ground and the lawnmower.

It really doesn't matter about the episodes...the issue is the uncle committing this horrible act. I could care less what show this jacka$$ has been in. What he did is intolerable. 'Nuf said.
