You will need to address the reasons the CO did not believe that your relationship was bona fide with the K1 petition.

I am on my second attempt at the Visa. Visa denied dec 09. Married march 2010. Applied 130 April 2010. In August I receive a letter from the USCIS that my K1 petition had expired, no further action is necessary. When a K1 is denied for lack of evidence or Visa Officer not believe bona fide, the petition is just send back to USCIS to expire.

then how much time it take from them since they send it back to get expire , another quiz plz what date they use to get expire ?

and every time we call them at uscis they said dont call before 120 days !!! did it happend with you the same before ?

why you think f you get married it will help you more , did you see people did this before like you do and it work ??? , or just your personal desire ?

thanks for your care and time
