What is the Number for California Service Center?

We have received our NOA1 and currently waiting for our NOA2. I know that our wait may not be as long as the other applicants, but I still would like to call a live person from California Service Center or the correct Agency to follow up on case? It would not hurt to ask them, all I would like to do is ask for an update. Does anybody know on how I may be able to achieve this task?

Thank you and God Bless.

I thank you for the info and reply, however, I have tried the same number and all it gave me was a run around by an automatic voice machine. Is there a way or loophole to go through the automated machine and talk to a live person?

Thanks

it is a call center out of Kentucky and they are scripted so you will just have to wait like the rest of us... you don't want to make them mad and delay the process more.

Average processing for I-129F petitions is 5 months. You are still within processing times; it's best to call them (and ask for an Immigration Service Officer, or ISO) when your process has gone over 160 days. Just hang in there.

I thank you for the info and reply, however, I have tried the same number and all it gave me was a run around by an automatic voice machine. Is there a way or loophole to go through the automated machine and talk to a live person?

Thank you Tom and Cathey for your input and reply. I just finished speaking with them over the phone and they have been most helpful. The person was pretty accommodating and answered all my questions. Tom was right and that I am still within the processing time for the application. All I really wanted was any kind of information or update coming straight from them... just in case there was any problem or information that may not have been relayed via USCIS website, text, or email. Waiting a little bit longer is inevitable but I'm glad I made the call.

Probably will give them a call back in 3 weeks. lol :P

Thank you all again for replies and Good Luck to us All! :D :D :D

Would you mind telling us what sort of questions you had and their replies? I too have been waiting ages (like everyone else) and am wondering if we had any of the same questions. If you don't want to share that's fine, I'm just curious.
