Right time to refile k1. Please help.

hello everybody.

We were denied from the CSC because of IMBRA waiver. We are going to refile instead of appealing our case that will takes so long to get the decision and it is very expensive. We are thinking to refile when my fiance's first petition approved for other person expired. His ex-fiance didnt have her interview because he withdrew it. By the way this will be his 3rd filing of k1 visa. We got information that the expiration of approve visa is 2 years but we are confuse if the 2 years between visa's is from the date of approval or when USCIS received the petition. I wish anyone could help us about this. We are very anxious thinking about it. Godbless to all.

did he request, in writing, a waiver of the IMBRA regs , in a cover letter submitted with the I-129F, or no?

Did he LIST the prior filings, as well, on the I-129F form?

Usually, those 2 things make a world of difference.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
