Hi,

My removal conditions is due on November 2010 (my GC expired on Feb 2011). I have few questions regarding filling I-751.

What types of evidence do I need to include with I-751 form?

Are affidavits from people who know my wife and I necessary? If they are, do they need to be notarized?

Do I need to include a cover letter (a letter that explains what types of evidence included, etc)? If I need to include one, does somebody have a sample of the cover letter?

Thank you

Hey,

If you read the instructions here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-751instr.pdf, it will tell you what you need to send in.

You basically need just a copy of the front and back of your permanent resident card and then proof of marriage (lease, mortages, bank statements, etc.

As far as I know, you don't need a coverletter. Just the form, the copy of your permanent resident card and the proof.
