That usually means they need more papers from you and you need to bring them / send them.

Well, the good news is you weren't denied.

They want more information from you; it's unusual for them to contact you- normally you contact them when you have the papers required. Did they say or write anything about what may be missing or what exactly they want? From what you write above, it could be that they want to see a co-sponsor, or more documentation on the finances of the sponsor, but no way to be sure.

thanks friends well i asked them what can i to bring with me when i back next week they say u not need just u will have secend interview so im still worry

They are giving you an actual second interview? It might be something like a stokes interview...

If you have anymore proof of relationship that you havent given them you might want to collect it for your second interview.

List all of the questions u were asked & review them with your fiance. This should help u figure out the concerns they may have. If the 2 of u can't figure it out, be sure that many ppl on here are very good about figuring it out just by seeing the questions. You just have to be open minded to the replies you get. Just stay calm, keep your phone charged...lol...and get together anything you have that they might need. Just remember...they ask every question for a reason. Hope this helps.

Hi, if I am not mistaken you may have spoken with my fiance as you came out of your interview. My fiance (mohammed) was waiting outside the Embassy talking with a friend that works there. He asked you if you were interviewing and your reply was yes for a CR1 and that you were from Taza. I hope this is you LOL. But you did mention that you travelled 7 hours to get to Casa. and Taza is about 7 hours away.

You had mentioned to my fiance, that you needed a translator at some point during the interview because you did not understand what they were asking you. Other's who read this post may give you some advice weather or not to do that on your second interview because it is very important that you ask for the interview in English since your fiance is from USA. It shows that you and your fiance can communicate together in English, I have heard this is very important on your interview as well.

Anyway, best of luck.......

Actually you can request an interview in Arabic/French - I would just point out that you want to make sure that you understand and answer their questions accurately. Having a conversation with your SO and day to day communication is much different than being on the interview hot seat. I agree with other suggestions - write out all the questions you were asked, list out your red flags and how to address those. Think hard if there's anything in either of your pasts that might have a negative impact on the interview.

May 11 '09 - Case Approved 10 yr card in the mail

June - 10 yr card recieved

Feb. 19, 2010 - N-400 Application sent to Phoenix Lockbox

April 3, 2010 - Biometrics

May 17,2010 - Citizenship Test - Minneapolis, MN

July 16, 2010- Retest (writing portion)

October 13, 2010 - Oath Ceremony

Journey Complete!
