hi! there is a question in the affidavit of support form asking if i already sponsored or sponsoring somebody besides my fiancee. I was a CO-sponsor of my two cousins which is still in process last year. Does it count and do I have to state their names in the form? Im just worried that it might affect my credibility on supporting my fiancee. thanks

I would say if you signed to sponsor someone for whatever reason, you would need to list them on that form where it asks. I have no experience with this though, so maybe someone that does will come along and answer you better.

Yes, that counts. I doesn't affect your credibility. It affects your liability. Signing an affidavit of support makes you potentially liable for the support of the immigrant. The consular officer can consider the other sponsored immigrants as potential dependents when determining your household size.
