Hubby got his greencard in the mail yesterday. Alhumdulilah!!!! What a relief this is to know that we don't have to deal with immigration for another ten years or so! I just wanted to thank everyone who held my hand for the past three or so years. We really went through hell and back to get him here and now it's over and it's such a wonderful feeling. :dance::dance::dance:

Thanks. I can't get my timeline to say Adjustment of Status "approved" instead of "pending". Oh well no biggie.

Thanks. I can't get my timeline to say Adjustment of Status "approved" instead of "pending". Oh well no biggie.

You have to go to your settings. Then select the profile tab. Then scroll down to Immigration Status and select Adjustment of Status (Approved). Below that box is place benefits filed at and you either select Chicago Lockbox or National Benefits Center depending on where you filed your AOS. For the longest time I didn't make the connection that when I updated my timeline it didn't update on my profile setting either. blush.gif You have to do it manually.

Oh, and after the changes you have to select save changes to profile.

03/03/2010 - Oath Ceremony in Brooklyn

03/13/2010 - U.S. Passport in hand
