need help I129f case is out of date

hi i need some help on how to write a letter to the service center about the case being late for 4 month and every time i call i call all i get is a letter saying "your case is currently under review. you should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this latter." this is my second latter saying that. the last time i call the customer service rep told me to write a letter to the service center and that is what i need help whit thanks a lot for Ur help

What do you mean it is out of date?

You may want to create a timeline and update your profile, so that other VJ members may be able to help you better...it is hard to answer questions that are not clearly presented, and if your profile and timeline information is missing or incomplete...there may be VJ members who have had the same experience as you.

ok sorry for the lack of info

i send my application for a i129f on december 3 of last year and on april they send me arequest for evidence latter and i send all the evidence the letter said wait 60 days after i send the,latter. whent the 60 past on HiNe i call the uscis number and puta request for proces and they send me a latter saying ur case is under review please whait 60 day for a up day or a respond or a up date off ur case so i wait it to august and call back and the status of the case have nt change when i call back they told me i can make a letter asking why is the case taking so long and if they need any other information thank u a lot for all the help sorry for my bad English

suggest you call USCIS again - on Monday - but

get an ISO, a Tier 2 Human - see http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5

when you get the first human, ask for an ISO. The first human is clueless, mostly.

pointed questions to ask:

--you received all evidence back on the RFE, what is current status of RFE review?

--is the petition under AP? for what? and when will it be finished?

--who has my casefile now?

--are namechecks complete?

--what is the current status on my casefile?
