G-325 Question

Hi,

Would the child of your fiancee need their own G-325 in quadruplicate? I know they are to be named in the I-129F but I'm not sure if they need their own G-325 when I send out my packet to the service center.

I supplied the G-325 and supporting documents (birth cert) on minor dependant child just to be safe. That is not to say my way was the correct route to go on this...

Read the I-129f instructions and follow them as written. Do not make up your own additional instructions.

Note also that G-325 is a 2-part form, not a 4-part form. And it's not the form you want to use.

And I was confused about how many copies of the G-325A to submit, because on the download page there are 4 sheets. The 1st sheet is the only one with a small black box at the bottom. So I submit 2 sheets for myself and my fiancee also fills out 2 sheets? Or just 1 of each, because the I-129F says 1.

To reiterate yodraks response.....a G-325A is not required for a child/children as the I-129F is a petition for a fiance. The child/children are named only on the I-129F.
