hi everyone!

i have already filed for AOS and have reached the interview! now my daughter was born after receiving the interview. do i need to add her to any of my forms that have been filed? she was born in the USA. any help would be great!

NO AOS for the baby.

Got a Birth Certificate from anywhere in USA? Yer Golden !! AND SO IS YER CHILD.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

sorry sorry, congratulations.

yes yes, you must add the child to an existing form - write up an addendum for the I-485 and G-325A, if no interview YET. have it prepped, ready to hand over on interview day.

take yer copy of yer existing packet, you should be able to 'see' where to list children of the marriage.

Might want to update the I-864 with another household member, as well. :thumbs:

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
