During the application you have to write down all jobs in the last 10 years.. there was a stage about 5 years ago where I did a couple of short contracts (1week or 2 weeks long) and I really cant remember any details of the companys or agencies I used..

Should I leave them out ?

As long as you dont leave any gaps in timeframes and can always remember what you have written down in forms in case a question comes your way. So include them generally if you wish or omit them especially as they were only of one or two week duration.

Hi, I had the same issue and simply wrote that I was an "independant contractor" in my profession .

People in my profession (massage therapist) sometimes work 3 jobs at a time, for 3 months or so and move on to the next contract. It is rare to stay at one place for more than a year...

They had no problem with this, as we got our approval just last week.
