Relocating to north carolina

Well, las vegas is looking pretty grim with no hope of change, poor school system, highest unemployment in the nation and leds the nation in housing market forclosers etc. So after our babyboy is born looks like we will be leaving this area.(sad to say)because ive been here for 20 years. We are looking for a change and greener pastures to raise our boy. Does anyone live in or know where a good place for (filippina friendly) to raise a family in northcarolina? Any help is appreciated.

I relocated to Charlotte some time ago and can tell you, you won't find a more family friendly place.

A decade ago people were flocking here in droves, so much so that few people here... were actually born here.

Not sure how many Filipinos are here but I think you would feel welcome.
