If my hotel and airline reservations and any other evidence of my time in her country do not indicate my wife's name should I even bother to submit them as evidence? or are they viewed as valuable proof of my time in her country and therefore time spent with her?

thanks

You know...it's sad when you have to prove your love on some weird ways...So as bonafida,we decided to go with marriage cert.(which was submited numerous times anyway) photos and my plane tickets...oh yes and some western unions we had throughout the year...and of course-TRUE FACE AND TRUE LOVE FORWARD-I hope, the God will watch upon us,if for some reason we fail,we won't get divorce,we'll live in his country and try again, just because my parents are in USA(older people) and all my family...Some people had much more bonafidas, even baby and 5 mos after entrance into US,they were divorced. So it doesn't mean anything, and nothing can mesure as real thing, real love...it all depends on our fate ;)

Send the flight reservation information that shows that you actually paid for the ticket and hotel receipts will etablish that

you went to her country, photos of you together will establish that you have been with her during the time you stayed in her country.

also send emails, letters, and any other evidence that establish that you have an on going relationship.

Good luck

I would bring stuff like this to the interview so you can explain about it. I have some flight tickets that go to the biggest city near where my husband lives. There isn't his name on it of course but it goes without saying that I visited him there.

Maybe you have some pictures of you two together that are related to this particulat travel?

I'd say it's some wonderful evidence.

Just send in what you have, and label it all clearly, don't send in hundreds of pictures, but more pictures of you with your spouse with different backgrounds and clothes. Don't worry too much about names, just label what everything is, and when, where it was taken.

I sent one flight itinerary from me to the usa, one from my husband coming to london.

Then 3 emails,

our honeymoon flight itinerary

pictures, a couple from honeymoon, wedding, and family events.

so I included pictures of both of us with my family and as well as friends, and pictures of just me and him.

I did not send in everything, be selective, I am sure USCIS do not want a hundred emails, skype chats, and a dozen photos to go through. Just enough to show a bona marriage, or evidence you have visited each other at least once.

and send in your flight itinerary, because it shows you going to see her in her country, me and my husband did the same.

hope it helps you a little

by all means keep researching other peoples evidence until your satisfied in what your sending, its your petition after all.
