hello

I got RFE and we prepared all documents for uscis but i have a question about I-864

Uscis wants us to send the form I-864 so do we have to pay for it if we have to then where we have to pay the fees of the I-864 is there any adress to pay it or do we have to pay $70.00 for it?

I got confuse of it

USCIS? weird.

Usually, on a IR-1/CR-1 visa case, the I-864 is taken during NVC processing.

What's going on ?

Current fee for I-864 at NVC is 88 bucks. If USCIS is asking for it, prior to I-130 approval, then IMO, is no fee required. Be prepared to 'properly submit it' again, at NVC, though.

yes thats also inside the request of uscis we prepared pics receiptd phone records chat logs ticket receipt hotel receipts honeymoon pics wedding pics how we met etc etc then also that too i have no idea whats going on

If USCIS asks for AOS fee, then send it as per their instructions. But are you sure it is $70? New fee is $88.

IMO, technically all forms starts with 'I' or 'N' are USCIS forms. Forms start with 'DS' are DOS forms. But the fee for I-864 is collected by NVC as per I-864 instructions.
