CHANGE OF FILING LOCATION (I 129F)

Timeline

Yesterday we read about the change of filing location that started August 3rd. Did anybody send the package for the wrong place because didnt know about this change

Have you already get your NOA 1 after that

(07-11-2010) Engaged!

(08-09-2010) Sent I-129F Package

(08-13-2010) NOA1

(01-14-2011) NOA2 (email & text)

(03-22-2011) Interview: APPROVED!

(04-01-2011) Recieved K1 Visa 1 week late :(

(04-04-2011) POE Atlanta

(04-11-2011) Marriage License

(04-23-2011) WEDDING

(5-19-2011) Sent I-485

(5-22-2011) Delivered to Chicago Lockbox and Signed by D Colona

If you sent it to a service center instead of the lockbox in Texas, the service center will forward your package. I think they are doing this until sometime in September. I would suggest looking in the August 2010 Filers thread and get an idea of where people are at. It seems the majority are getting their NOA1s now.

Have you already get your NOA 1 after that

I sent my package directly to Vermont on August 5th. They forwarded it to the lockbox in Texas and I already have my NOA1 in hand. So I wouldn't worry about sending it directly to a Service Center yet. I believe I read that they are forwarding packages for 45 days.

07/14/2011 - Received by CSC

07/28/2011 - EAD Approved

02/18/2012 - RFE - Missing Chicken Pox info on Medical

02/28/2012 - Green Card in Production
