Can you elaborate a bit on what exactly went wrong between the two of you when she arrived? how long have known each other and have you met before she came to the US? Where is she from?

Careful with some suggestions in here, you do not wanna change the locks just like that, we may get yourself in trouble with the law. I suggest you call your local Police Station if things start going wrong, and explain the situation. They will be in good position to tell you what to do.

Good luck!

My fiance was issued a k1 visa on 2/18/10. The current expiration date on the visa is 7/21/10. I know the k1 visa should be valid for six months but my fiances seems to be valid for only five months. I was planning on my fiance to fly to the US in August. Will the US embassy in manila fix the expiration date or is it a lost cause. Thanks!

You can ask for an extension but be prepared if they deny that. Just deal with the date.
