Hi Guys!!

Can please someone correct me if I'm missing anything in the checklist for i-130?

Payment of $355 check or money order

Form i-130

Form g-325a signed and dated (two passport style pictures) US Citizen

Form g-325a signed and dated (two passport style pictures) Foreign spouse

Copy of marriage certificate in english

Copy of all pages of my US passport

Copy of naturalization certificate

Copy of foreign spouse's birth certificate

Supporting documents: :blink:

Copy of my airline tickets

wedding pictures

emails, couple from each month

a little skype chat history

Gmail chat history

Do I need anything else? I really want to start the process, but I'm worried that I may have left

something out :unsure: Please advise :help:

USCIS does not want to watch a video. Pictures print out would be fine. Two Affidavits from third parties who attended your marriage would be much more stronger.

Rest all other guys already advised you.

If the marriage certificate is issued by the marriage registrar or original agency, you don't need notarization.
