Thank you Skynaut for posting this for the May and June filers! :D

.

This is my first posting to the VisaJourney.com forum. I met my wife Xing in China last year visiting Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou. I proposed to her at a trip in Hong Kong that we took together in February this year. We were married on May 4th, 2010 in China and attended two informal wedding dinners during my trip and saw the Shanghai China Expo 2010. I mailed in our packet for her CR-1 on May 25th. The USCIS mailed out our NOA1 on June 2nd of 2010.

I have learned a great deal from all the other people who have provided there insights in this process.

I will be going back to China on October 2nd to attend our formal wedding ceremony in Beijing and Wuxi and we are talking about going outside of China for our official Honeymoon either in the Bali, Philippines, Thailand or someplace else. The family gave us 2 tickets to see the Expo 2010 Shanghai China again so we will spend 2 days in Shanghai to visit the Expo for one more time before they shut the event down at the end of October.

Thanks Skynaut...but I believe there are already threads for May and one for June (I'm in this one), and in my opinion it's best to keep the different filings separate (for CR-1/IR-1 & K-1) since they are different and it might confuse people since different forms, etc. have to be filed for each.

Maybe someone more experienced can comment...If not, well I be posting updates here

I saw there are sub-forums for May and Jun IR1/CR1 filers.

I asked moderators to merge the main and sub forums for July filers. Otherwise, there will be 2 separate set of groups for the same month.

Somebody in May and June can do the same.

Loto

The bad thing is that people post them to different folders and even subfolders and then it is hard to find them, that's how we get double threads!
