He's not being an a##### you're simply being overly sensitive. His point is you, and another poster, obviously did not check the forum you were posting in (it's Family visas, therefore k1 to K4 visas) or the OP's filing status (or timeline), before replying. Had you, and the other poster that posted regarding the I-130, you both would have realised you were posting the wrong information into the wrong forum. He's not saying you can't be here, he's saying you need to CHECK that the info you're posting is relevant to the situation at hand, which is less likely if you're in this forum and you filed an I130 and i485 together, it's a slightly different process.

His point is you are NOT helping. You are hindering. It is immensely confusing (to new-comers especially) to have people posting incorrect info or info that is irrelevant to the OP. While your information isn't WRONG per se, it bears no relevance to the OP and only serves to confuse them into thinking they're missing a form, or there's all this stuff they need to send.

Everyone's assistance is welcomed, but as I said, everyone needs to check the forum and check the OP's filing status (or timeline), before replying to ensure that the information given is correct and relevant to their situation.

ok, so in sum as a K1 holder I will only need to send the marriage certificate as proof of marriage, and all the rest (joint bank account, pictures, plane tickets, joint gym account, etc.) only at the interview stage. correct?

Yes, only the marriage certificate is needed for filing the AOS.

IF you get an interview at all, those other things will be useful. They are useful for married couples in general, so I would just take the possibility you may need them as impetus to not procrastinate about them. Also, in ~2 years you'll need to have those types of things for the removal of conditions, so you may as well start a file with the rest of your important papers to start filing stuff like that away so you don't have to scramble for it then, either!
