USCIS sends your Approved Petition to NVC (National Visa Center)

NVC

4.NVC assigns its own Case Number to Approved I-130 Petiton

5. NVC Sends COA (Choice Of Agent) form either thru mail / email(if you call and register your email id with NVC)

6.After COA is accepted, NVC sends AOS(Affidavit of Support) & IV(Immigrant Visa) fees

7. You have to send DS230 & I-864 forms to NVC

8.NVC approves your case and sends your complete Case file to Consulate / Embassy

I called Islamabad Embassy.

92-51-2080000

Lady picked up the phone.I talked with her in urdu.

I first told her my situation and than asked her ,

I said my mom has 4 residential addresses in her history after she got 16.

so now I have to make all police certificates again ?

She replied very politely ,

she said , you will be told the correct answer only at the time of interview when you will be present here at islamabad embassy.

and she than she said , if you can make all police certificates , make them and bring them here.

other wise if you will only make current address police certitificate , CO will ask you to submit them afterwards if required !

in last , she said , it is your choice.

Than I said thank you and good bye.

on the same day I went to 2 police stations.

and all my police certificates are almost done.

only 1 police certificate is left , which will be made soon.
