I sent in my i-130 almost 2 months ago and im waiting for the NOA2 i just noticed today going thru my copy that on the cover letter i signed my name as First Middle Last and then on my marriage certificate as well as the biographic page i signed as first last, so basically the way i signed my name is a little inconsistent..Would this get me a request for more evidence or no? so if i dont get a request for info, on future docs i shud always call myself first middle last and sign my name first middle last

On the marriage certificate myself my wife and the 2 witnesses all signed our names as first last even though next to the witnesess names there full names had been typed out on the computer.................

I signed all the forms in a variety of ways because I was unsure if I was going to change my name. It won't be a problem. Don't worry. Besides, what more info can they ask for regarding signatures? The opinion of a handwriting expert?

I know you are impatient for the NOA-2 but this is a waiting game, you may still be a few months from the NOA-2

Good luck
