Oh my.....really sorry to hear that........it was pretty close but not to worry...you will have your visa soon.

I have an update. My sister who is a US citizen contacted the DOS today was told that the embassy had sent a letter to beneficiary to provide details for the last ten years employment in december 2010 but he did not reply. Actually I am a self employed person and I mentioned in DS-230 as " NONE" in the employers name question NO:32. Is this was a mistake or should I have write "SELF EMPLOYED" instead of NONE.

I did not receive ant letter from the embassy till now regarding this. Also when I contacted the us embassy about my visa in December 06,2010 got reply that your case is in mandatory administrative process, when again I contacted them in last of march 2011 got reply that we cannot process your case now because the date for Indian born beneficiary for f3 visa have retrogressed, you may contact the embassy when your priority date become current.

I was not asked to provide employment details in none of above two e-mails which I got from the embassy via VFS.

Now what should I do now? Contact the us-embassy and asking them that Is there any paper short in my case or I have to just wait till my priority date becomes current.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
