Hi Everyone,

My parent has submitted an I-130 for me (unmarried, 21+) in October 2008 as a permanent resident, then 8 later months they became USC. I just found out that the USCIS website has some new tools that present the processing times etc. I attached graph that came up under my case number. Can some one explain what does that mean and how much longer do I have to wait.

that's the processing time for the i130. it tells you more or less the time it takes to process the 1i30 at the Service Center where it's at.

after the i130 is approved, then it will be sent to the NVC, and then the wait begins until your priority date becomes current.

from what country are you?
