I'm filling out the 4506-T to get tax transcripts for the AOS but I'm just confused by one of the blanks. It asks on #9 on the form " Please enter the period or ending date of the year you would like transcripts for ". For example, I need 2007, 2008 and 2009. So if I was to put " 12/31/2007 " would they understand I need all of 2007 or am I interpreting this incorrectly? Thanks guys. I want to fill these forms out right the first time :)

why to fill out the form ?

Many ppl just call in, get the tax transcripts - heck - sometimes they are even faxed.
