how do i prepare the pictures when i send the cr1 visa packet? do i need a certain plastic for it or i can just send them the stack of pictures. i know i have to label the pictures i just wondering how do i organize the pictures when i prepare the packet. thanks

Timeline

I attached them with one staple on the edge and on a plain piece of paper. Some people put them in little bag and attached that to a piece of paper. Just make sure you attach them to something visable and not easily lost in the other papers.

Scan the photos and print them out. I wouldn't send in original photos unless they ask for them.

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Timeline

What I did was to create a very small photobook with soft cover. This eliminated the need to deal with lose photos. It also enabled me to add texts and use the pictures to tell the story of our life from when we met, through our engagement and finally our wedding. I hope this is helpful.

10-28-10: Received IIN, dithering around instead of paying the fee

10-30-10: DS3032 Kit and I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment; In Process

11-03-10: I-864 AOS status 'PAID"; printed cover sheet and mailed I-846EZ package

11-04-10: I-864EZ AOS received and signed by N. Visa Center
