Hi jen,

it is teh DS160 online form that wants photos uplaoded. I believe this form is still in its beginning mode and not available at all consulates. Which would be why yours only requests DS156 & DS156K. If DS160 is not mentionned anywhere on your list of forms to fill in and send back for packet 3 then you are golden and dont even need to worry about the silly DS160 form with the uploaded photo. DS160 is basically the same as the 156 jsut it is online.

A lot of other countries don't have the extra steps we go through (and extra wait on top of that!). They just fill out the forms (DS230; DS156) and bring the rest to the interview, which is not normally much more than a month after the forms are filled out. It's a pain to be Canadian!

See profile for our K-1 Visa/AOS story from 2010-2011Apparently we love USCIS/NVC so much we left and are doing it again! This time giving IR-1 a whirl. Rock on immigrators.

*many more delays thanks to the agency processing my fingers prints to the RCMP and the post office losing our mail*
