So I sent the I-130 application for my mom last month and it has been rejected 3 times already. On the rejection notice, it says;

The application has not been fully completed. One or more of the following fields were not completed:

- Part C Address

I cant seem to find anything wrong with the address. I'm confused with question 22 though. Since my mom is in the Philippines and will not be applying for adjustment of status,i put N/A. On the 2nd part where it says If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the american consular post in: I wrote Manila, Philippines. Are my answers correct? This is the only confusing part to me. I just dont understand what I am doing wrong for it to be rejected 3 times. I called the uscis customer service and they were no help :( The first time i got a rejection notice, the guy told me to just look for the error and resubmit the same form which I did. REJECTED AGAIN. When i got the third rejection notice, I called again and the lady told me that if everything is right, i should just send it back with a letter saying the addresses are right. What should I do? I am considering to get help from an attorney but everything seems self explanatory that I dont really think it's necessary. Pls help. I dont want to send it again and get rejected for the 4th time. Thank You in advance.

don't put N/A, you just have to fill out one, the other leave blank, on question 22.

Thanks for the fast reply aleful. So just just erase N/A, leave it blank and send it right back?

@ engineer21 Yes I did fill out both addresses

@ aleful everything on the form is filled out

So I called the uscis customer service again and thankfully they were able to help me. The lady said that on part c 17, I shouldnt have listed my name along with my sibling since I am the petitioner. And also she adviced me to fill out a new I-130 since there are a lot of erasures on my current one. Problem solved hopefully.. I will send the papers back to uscis today and hope for a noa1 soon :) Thanks fellow vjers for your help.
