My fiancee received her visa and sealed envelope from the embassy.It said on there 'Only to be opened by aerican authority at the POE'As you can see they misspelled American.I really think its ok and will not be a problem.My fiancee she is worried about the typo.Can anyone say for sure if this would be a problem for her at the POE which is Houston.Thank You

The instructions are for her so she knows not to open it. She figured it out, even with a typo . At Houston, as long as the proper papers are inside, they won't care about typos or even a little coffee spilled on the outside. We did POE in Houston and they were very nice there.
