Hi,

I'm going to file the ROC in 2 months and i'm already getting nervous about this. I do have a question though.

When enclose the photos of vacations..do they need to be printed out on papaer?? I don't have a printer that prints color photos at home. Is it OK to give them the actual photos instead??

Thanks!

we did same, but we sent 20 pages with 2 photos on each, so 40 in total :) why so much - we just put pictures of every month of 2 years (during my conditional green card) :) plus we just love to take pictures everywhere we go

There's nothing wrong with that at all. We have a lot of pictures also but we figured why bog them down with more than what will make the point. We sent a couple pictures of just us together, pics with my side of the family, his side and a couple of with us out with our friends. In all, our evidence was 20 pages, 25 total pages sent if you add the application and cover letter. Short and to the point. Hopefully that will be good enough.

Sending Photos is optional. Those are considered as secondary evidence. Make sure your primary evidence is solid.

We did not submit any photo(s) and got approved!

Although we just completed AOS and are behind you, I think it does no harm to send photos printed in color on plain paper

when filing for your ROC. We had our K-1 approved in record time and I sent in many photos printed in color on plain paper.

I sent no photos with my AOS application. We were called for an interview but there we produced more than 150 photos

in 2 albums at the AOS interview.

For the ROC I plan to go back to what I did for the K-1, just front-load and be happy.
