hi everyone, i need help i petition my wife i filed form i130 and applying for cr1 visa

then when i log in to my account in uscis is says that 7/12/10 last update of my petition.

but i did not recieve email or text.then i called uscis but they said may be the system is

not updated..because i want to find out if what was update of my petition..it does not say

in the website if what was that update for and i was hoping that i will get my noa2..can

somebody tell me what to do..thanks a lot for the idea guys i appreciate ...

One thing Ive learned is that you need a lot of patience...if you have filed shortly before 7/12/2010 i would say the update means that people are looking into it right now...

  • March 2007 we first met
  • 09-26-2009 married <3
  • 05-19-2010 filed I-130 DCF
  • 07-10-2010 RFE...duh
  • 07-10-2010 sent back required document
  • 07-28-2010 Interview - approved :)
  • 07-30-2010 sent in missing document
  • 08-07-2010 Visa received
  • 09-07-2010 moving to our new home

Your timeline is wrong. It seems like you haven't received your NOA2 yet. Why did you fill it out on your time. Please correct it. Thanks.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

29-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview letter on hand

01-SEP-2017 -:- N400 interview date - Interview passed

10-OCT-2017-:- N400 oath ceremony letter on hand (oath on 26OCT2017)

oops...totally didn't pay attention that...just updated
