Im sure this question has been answered more than enough times but i cant seem to find exactly what i want.. My question is this, my husband came on the k-1 visa and we want to apply for AOS now.. The fees for the AOS & EAD are 1010$ does that include the biometrics fee or is the biometrics fee extra.. and when we send the checks for payment how many checks do we send and how do we split them up? I hope I asked that clearly lol if not just ask me to clarify.. Thanks

Per the form instructions. I-485 fee = $930, biometrics = $80 for a total of $1010. One combined check is fine

YMMV

Hey chica,

I hope everything is going great with you and your family! Tima looks so cutie in that profile picture!

I just sent one check ($1010.00) and we received our Biometric Appointment notice for this Wednesday. I hope that we received his EAD soon! He needs to get his butt to work and bring me home some money!! lol

I thought AOS is $930+80 (biometrics)= $1010.... and EAD is another $340, but I may be wrong...
