:dance::dance: hey everyone we made it in usa as of july 2 just been celerateing with kids and friends, we arrived at jfk,, it laste abouut 5 mins, they did the poe stamp,, took fingerprints and pic but i dont understand what this 151 stamp is or i-51 or whatever its called, all we see is the poe stamp that they wroote in boxx cr1 thats all we see, is this ok? and also whattts our next step, he came in on a cr1 visa and our 2 year marriagge is july 26 :help:

noa2 recieved 2-27-2010. got no rfes thank god!

case completed 4 months 1 week and 4 days

Congrats! As for the stamp, that is what is supposed to be there and is good for 1 year. He should get his green card within a month from now. The Green Card makes the stamp not good any longer. The Removal of Conditions is the next step which should be completed 90 days before the 2nd year of entry (the date on the stamp).

I wonder if you would've waited until after July 26th if they would've given you the IR1 instead. Does anyone know? Not that it matters now.

I know that someone else will come along and correct me if wrong.

I hope you have a long and happy future together!

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Correct! :thumbs: If you have been married more than two years when your spouse enters the US then they would qualify for IR1 status and receive a 10 year green card
