Why is CSC getting so slow?

I have been monitoring I-130 approvals these couple of months and I noticed that CSC is getting slower and slower everyday! Now VSC is approving I-130 faster!

for how long is this gonna last? is it cuz alotta CSC workers are on vacation or what? anybody has an idea about this?

09/29/2010: NVC received the case, Case# received, IIN received, Both email id provided

09/29/2010: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

09/30/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID', AOS package mailed out

10/15/2010: I-864 AOS package delivery

10/15/2010: I-864 AOS package completion

09/29/2010: DS-3032 Choice Of Agent emailed to NVC

10/06/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment

10/07/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID', IV package mailed out

10/12/2010: DS-230 IV package delivery

10/12/2010?: DS-230 IV package completion

10/12/2010: NVC completion due to APPROVAL OF EXPEDITE REQUEST

10/15/2010: Received by Consulate

10/19/2010: MEDICAL EXAM

I have notice the same thing too. I was wondering if its because alot of the cases are being done there?

06/27/2007 - We met online

04/29/2010 - Went to Morocco to visit Rachid

05/07/2010 - Married

06/15/2010 - I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox

06/17/2010 - I-130 Packet Delivered, signed for by L. BOX

06/22/2010 - NOA1 issued and mailed

06/24/2010 - Cheque Cashed ($355)

06/25/2010 - Received NOA 1 in mail

06/29/2010 - Touched

06/30/2010 - Touched :)

08/03/2010 - Touched :)

10/07/2010 - Touched :)

01/26/2011 - RFE

02/08/2011 - Sent USCIS our RFE

02/10/2011 - USCIS Received the RFE

03/22/2011 - NOA2!!!!!!!!

03/28/2011 - NVC received our Petition

04/05/2011 - NVC Case Number Given

04/07/2011 - Paid AOS

04/16/2011 - Paid IV

Now this question is only be answered by one of the employee of USCIS.....so wait till someone working in USCIS will reply.....hehe which is hardly going to happen......good luck all :))

I-130 (IR-1) TIMELINE [MUMBAI CONSULATE]
07-02-2020 - I-130 SENT
06-01-2021 - APPROVED

NVC
06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy
