Dude, you threatened Six very blatantly -- what you wanted to do to him was illegal. It hardly takes any brain to read that as a threat to his person and not to his 1st amendment rights.

Once again, please read my posts. I never said I wanted to do anything to him. Someone with a brain could read that and take it at it's posted value. Someone who's emotionally-charged in an argument is going to read it how they see fit, jump to conclusions, and call mom.

At this point it seems clear that you don't possess either a sense of perspective or the humility to recognise when you stepped over the line.

But keep on trying to convince people about how the best way to shut me up would probably be illegal is not a threat of violence. I know you will ad nauseum anyway - but what the hell. Repeating a lie enough times just might make people believe it. Probably not though.

I have never reported a post because the mods often mistake the witness for the perp - and I thought a TOS was a cricketing term or something that hormones visited on schoolboys

I prefer the rapier to the bludgeon wherever possible though a water pistol, especially a drencher, is also useful - as is flicking ice cubes down their T shirt

Where did I make a mistake? You've yet to "prove" it to me. Keep in mind, I'm still not asking you to do so. This circular logic is your own doing as I stated from the very start I'm not in the business of proving anything to you.
