I was expecting my packet to move as it was time, I sent it in to them in March and the first week of July should be when it moves. Well they touched it on the 6th and I am still in intial review. No email or text sent. Anybody have any ideas???????

We never got a single touch for our I-130 Petition. It was just approved after some time. So touches don't really mean much. But Goodluck, hope you get your NOA2 soon :star:

March 20 - Mail NOA2 HardCopy

March 20 - NVC Case Number assigned

March 23 - Got NVC Case Number and gave emails

March 25 - Got AOS Bill / DS-3032

In my case, I had first touch on 5th May and my case was approved on 7th may,so if its 2 or 3 months since you applied for ur I-130 then its a good sign of hearing some good news..May be you will hear some good news from USCIS at the end of the day today...so hang in there :)
