From what I have noticed on VJ timelines, USCIS don't seem to adjudicate K3 anymore..could it be that they are cancelling all I-129 F for K3 since April?

or are they still reviewing them? who has an idea? I applied for K3 on May, and I'm just hoping they wouldn't review it and just go with the I-130.

Technically, USCIS still adjudicates both 130 and 129.

But then if/when the 130 and 129 both reach the NVC at the same time, NVC will will administratively close the K-3 and process the CR-1

Check out this link: K3 vs CR-1

Edited to add: most of the time both petitions get to NVC at the same time, so you will probably get what you're hoping for.

USCIS ? Yup.

NVC ? No, sorry, mostly they are tossing them, once arrives at NVC, administratively closed if it travels with the I-130.
