Hello everybody

i'm about to send the DS 3032 and am looking at the D230 in advance

i'm not sure about one question

This is concerning the petition my dad did for me for which we've received news

my dad is in Flolrida and i'm unoficially engaged to a USC in NJ

He lives at his parent's house, and if i get a visa through my dad i'll live on my own.

"What should i answer for Permanent adress in the US where u intend to live if known?"

could it be a problem if i say i don't know?

if i give my dad's adress and i don't live with him is it like fraud?

If i give my fiance's adress and it's not in the same state is it a problem?

Do i even have the right to live somewhere else?

please help me

thank u so much

have a blessed day

You need to write down the address where you'll be residing when you get here mainly so they know where to send your green card and Social Security card. After you get here and have your cards in hand, you can go ahead and change your address as many times as you want as long as you let the USCIS know by filing form AR-11.

It's up to you which address you put down. Do not put "unknown" because they need to know where they can find you and where they can send your green card after you arrive.

I suggest to use the father's address - as he is your petitioner and sponser.

Later, with cards in hand, you can change addresses.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
